Current Event-3

The article is about Polar bears not eating food for 5 month, it says that they are killing their own kind for food. Each and every day, they lose about 1.5 kg. The significance of this is to tell us that Global Warming problem is inevitable, we must do something about this. I can detect bias in this article because it is telling that if scientists and all of mankind around the world don't do something. We will push ourselves into a very tight corner.

Reflection-Energy Bar Prototype

What Worked?
I think the Dried Bananas, Dried Cranberries, Oat Meal, and Peanuts worked.

What Didn't Work?
The Melted Chocolate didn't worked as planned because it sort of turned softer, but it become sticky. So it didn't made the Oat Meal stick together as a chunk.

How will your recipe change to make it work?
I think we will find a type of chocolate that will turn into a syrup instead of some sticky chunk of chocolate.

How did your group work together? Or how did your group not work together?
I think we worked pretty well together because when we were actually making the bar, my group member helped me with things like getting stuff and all. But just one person didn't work as well, because I think I forgot to assign a job for her to do.

Current Event-2

The article is about American citizens using votes to disapprove Bush. Its significance is that Bush has done many bad things like the Iraq war, people hated him. People wanted a change in their government, so the citizens decided to vote for Obama. I detect a lot of bias in this article, because people are hating Bush, which means that this article is talking about how much people dislike Bush.
